UK University Application Deadline

UK University Application Deadline

UK UNIVERSITY APPLICATION DEADLINE    As a study abroad agency in Nigeria that has processed over 5000 successful admissions and we assist prospective study abroad students with their Visa processing to study in prestigious universities overseas, therefore, we are in the best position to direct you on your admission process.  We always advise Prospective study abroad students who wish to carry out their application process at our agency to begin at least  3 to 4 months before the start of the course (session). For example, students aiming for the January intake should begin to process their admission in September as this ensures that they are meeting up with the UK application deadline, successfully get granted admission and travel for their studies.  Below are the different stages a prospective study abroad student will go through before successfully travelling for studies abroad. Each of these stages is done within a certain period, so students are advised to begin the process early, to enable them to meet up with the UK University application deadline.   STAGES OF THE ADMISSION PROCESS The different stages of admission processing are as follows:  APPLICATION PROCESSING STAGE VISA PROCESSING STAGE   APPLICATION PROCESSING STAGE Contact us at Negxy Concept Limited today, to get your application process started. The following are the duration time that each application step takes before admission is granted.  Apply for a university in the UK at our agency and await a response from the school within 48 hours – 12 weeks.  After the application process, a response will be sent from the university, stating whether he/she has been granted an offer or not.  However, there are 2 types of offers A conditional offer An unconditional offer   A conditional offer A student that has been granted admission with the condition to provide certain documents or write an English level test will receive a conditional offer.  Students with a conditional offer to provide a document like a transcript, degree certificate, Academic reference are expected to get the document available at least within a week.    Those students who have been requested to present an English Level Test for their application would have to write either an IELT, a TOEFL or an internal English test and await the result within 14 working days.    An unconditional offer A student that has been granted admission with no conditions will receive an unconditional offer. Students in this category can go ahead to request a CAS and apply for a VISA. After an unconditional offer has been granted, payment of Tuition deposit and provision of the bank statement must be made before a student can request for a CAS (Confirmation for Acceptance of studies). Payment of tuition deposit at the bank with a ‘form A’ takes at least 2weeks, also, payment made through wired transfer takes at least 1 week.    A bank statement of 28 days should be provided by prospective UK students. However, Providing a statement of account (Bank Statement) might require one to gradually build their account within a few days or weeks in order to meet up with the stipulated amount which should contain the cost of living in the UK and the balance of the tuition fee.   After a student has been granted an unconditional offer, made a tuition deposit and provided a 28 days bank statement, the student can go ahead to request CAS (Confirmation for Acceptance of Studies) and fill out the pre CAS form. Some schools in the UK demand an interview before a CAS can be issued, this is called a Pre-CAS interview while some do not. After a student has applied for CAS, the certificate will be granted within 0 – 2 weeks.    VISA PROCESSING STAGE Contact us at Negxy Concept Limited today, to get your Visa process started. To know the required documents needed for visa processing,  Read through our previous blog post titled ‘ UK Student Visa Requirements; What to do after getting an admission in the UK’  The date for issuance of the TB (Tuberculosis) test varies, however, the test can be done within one week to one month and the result will be out immediately. It is important to note that the test result is valid for 6 months.   Payment of IHS (International Health Surcharge) and Visa fees can be made immediately. UK Student Visa will be granted within 1 to 2 weeks after Visa Interview has been made.    Students with the intention to study abroad in the UK should be aware of the duration of time that each step and stage an admission process takes and learn how to manage and work with the different time frames to meet up with the UK Visa and Application deadlines.    ADVANTAGE OF AN EARLY ADMISSION PROCESS Begining an early admission process gives a prospective study abroad student the opportunity to successfully travel abroad for his or her studies as the student will have a great chance of avoiding delays that may appear during both the application and Visa processes. The student will also have enough time to provide all the necessary documents that are required to meet up the UK University application deadline, successfully process their admission and travel for their studies.    CONSEQUENCES OF A LATE ADMISSION PROCESS Not getting an admission (offer) Losing an offer: This can be either because of late tuition deposit payment or late provision of the necessary documents.  Missing out on the resumption date due to the delay in the application process (Therefore the student must defer their admission until the next intake)    Contact our counsellors for more detailed information on the UK University application deadline how to successfully go through the admission and visa processing to the UK and Ireland today!  Negxy Concept Limited is a study abroad agency in Lagos with over 5000 successful admissions and visas under her belt. Covid-19 Vaccine for International Students in the UK

COVID-19 VACCINE FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS IN THE UK.    Before we look into the Covid-19 vaccine for international students in the United Kingdom, let us have a better understanding of the covid vaccination and its existence in the UK.   WHAT IS A VACCINE  A Vaccine is a medication that is responsible for coaching the body’s immune system to fight diseases that the human body comes in contact with. Vaccines are designed to prevent disease, rather than treat disease once you have caught it. Some example of a vaccine is:  The flu vaccine The HVP ( human papillomavirus) vaccine   After the coronavirus disease emerged in the year 2019, a vaccine was founded in the year 2021, the covid vaccination ( Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine).    CORONAVIRUS VACCINATION    The covid vaccination ( Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine)  gives you the utmost protection against the deadly coronavirus disease. Based on evidence from clinical trials, the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine was 95% effective at preventing laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 illness.  Here is general information on the covid vaccination.    Name: BNT162b2 Manufacturer: Pfizer, Inc., and BioNTech Type of vaccine: mRNA Number of shots: 2 shots, 21 days apart Method of delivery: Shot in the muscle of the upper arm Click on the link below to get vital information on the Covid Vaccination from the specialized agency of the United Nations, WHO.     https://www.who.int/news-room/q-a-detail/coronavirus-disease-(covid-19)-vaccines?adgroupsurvey={adgroupsurvey}&gclid=Cj0KCQiAhP2BBhDdARIsAJEzXlFg_MaK8KG0CxIi8xxZ4ricMTWKvnPalSQeygIM19x8Uk98C1V3LrwaAlR8EALw_wcB   COVID-19 VACCINE IN THE UK   In the UK, 350+ million doses of the vaccine were ordered, which is enough to vaccinate the entire population. The NHS (National health system) is currently offering the Covid 19 vaccine to people that are most at risk from the deadly coronavirus disease.  The vaccinations are being distributed to some hospitals and pharmacies to administer to people under the following group:   People at the age of 60 and above.  People who have high risks of getting infected by the disease. (The clinically extremely vulnerable) People that have moderate risks of getting infected by the disease. (The clinically vulnerable) People that live or work in care homes People that get a carer’s allowance Health and social care workers   COVID-19 VACCINE FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS; UK   Although the  Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is currently available, it is yet to be administered to international students in the UK. Sources claim that International students will have access to the vaccine and no charges will be applied to testing or the treatment of COVID-19. However, International students that are diagnosed with medical conditions and are between the ages of 16 and above are to be administered the vaccine from the first week of March 2021 until the end of March 2021.  The older international students are next in line to be administered the vaccine, this would be done before the end of April 2021.    The UK is dedicated to supporting international students in such unusual times and the Universities Minister, Michelle Donelan, offered her gratitude to students for being patient with the provisions offered to combat COVID-19.  The Secretary of Health and Social Care, Matt Hancock stated that “the vaccine along with effective treatment processes will help in managing COVID-19, thus further helping reach normalcy in the future, hopefully”.   The United Kingdom is likely to be the first country to be fully vaccinated before the late spring/early summer of the year 2021, since 350+ million vaccine doses were ordered for a population of 65 million, meaning supply will be sufficient. If this happens, September 2021 entry will be safe for all International students without any hassle.    Negxy Concept Limited is a study abroad agency in Lagos with over 5000 successful admissions and visas under her belt.
